Your initial examination visit will last approximately one hour and will consist of a periodontal and oral health examination, radiographs (X-rays) if needed, review of the findings and discussion of a plan to meet your treatment needs. We will also review home care techniques, and our office manager will discuss your appointment needs and answer questions.
Please arrive a few minutes early to complete the forms we will need to allow us to begin your treatment. If you wish, you may complete the forms online or download them from our Patient Forms page. A form package can also be e-mailed at your request.
